For me it's usually right around 9 - 11. Before that, I'm kind of tentatively fiddling with characters, remembering what their motivations and dreams were yesterday, and then - BAM. I'm on a roll and I'm going going going for two to three hours. Once I hit midnight, though, I start to fizzle out. Then it's time to start making myself notes for tomorrow, editing what I've written, etc. :)
